Charcreate — PAUSED

What it is: TTRPG character builder — web-based tool for creating and managing characters across multiple systems Current state: Early concept Stack thinking: React frontend, Claude as generation layer Next step when reactivated: Define the minimum viable character creation flow for one system (Darkreach first)

Image Wrangler — PAUSED

What it is: Worldbuilding image organizer — tag, sort, and link images to lore documents and characters Current state: Early concept Stack thinking: Local-first, possibly Electron or simple web app Next step when reactivated: Define the tagging schema and the connection model to lore docs

Path Wiki Aggregator — PAUSED

What it is: Lore document linker — connects worldbuilding notes, creates navigable wiki-style relationships Current state: Early concept Stack thinking: GitHub Markdown as the source, static site generator as the renderer Connection to second brain: This tool and the second brain have overlapping DNA — evaluate whether they should merge when reactivated
