Recipe rating system
All recipes must include:
- Estimated calories per serving + serving size
- Gout-friendly rating: 1-5 stars
- Fatty Liver-friendly rating: 1-5 stars
- 5 stars = ideal, no concerns
- 4 stars = good, minor considerations
- 3 stars = moderate, eat in rotation
- 2 stars = occasional only
- 1 star = avoid
